Our Story.

Our firm began its humble beginnings way back in 1975 as a custom-built furniture supplier (Ah Tee Furniture). With over 40 years of carpentry expertise in the making - supplying and furnishing interior spaces with high quality carpentry works has always been our forte and will continue to be our main stronghold. Over the years, and with each generational change, our studio has constantly evolved and reshaped our culture and values with the times and today, we have formed a new brand identity as Loco Division. We are a tight knit team made up of committed like-minded individuals that believe in design and a good balance of aesthetic and function. The studio takes on a multitude of projects yearly and each project is uniquely tailored through a conscientious process, taking in mind the clients' expectations and very often pushing the limits of the studio's work. Here, you'll find a creative workplace built on our core values to be nurturing, cultivating intuitive minds and embracing transformation, both the old and new. We often find ourselves in close working relationships with our craftsmen and suppliers in trade, ensuring infinite care and thought into every design that renders into reality.
